Welcome to the SiLENT group

(Silencing, Environment and Transposons)

Our research aims to delineate the molecular mechanisms of gene silencing. Using Arabidopsis as a model organism, we investigate how DNA methylation homeostasis is achieved, how epigenetic information influences genome stability and how environment can modulate epigenetic processes.

Postdoc position available
We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to study the molecular mechanisms governing DNA methylation patterns as part of a project funded by the European Research Council (ERC). Please email Olivier if you are interested. Include your CV, names and contacts of 2-3 referees and a brief description of your research interest.
