Making molds for microchannels
The above photo shows a prototype of our acrylic microscope slide.  The slide features a 25mm square chamber in the center with a bonded glass bottom.  The chamber would be filled with a thin layer of low density Eiken agar for swarm assays and subsequent microchannel experiments.  We are still currently testing the design.
