We redid the prep of the PET vector starting with a double digest.
We then cleaned up the digested, CAIP-treated, and PET vector with a PCR clean up kit. The nanodrop still showed no DNA.
We streaked Bordatella Pertussis on to 3 plates and incubated them over the weekend at 37 degrees Celsius.
