A gel for the second restriction digests was set up in the morning. The result of this was also disappointing and it was unclear why it hadn't worked. After staining with ethidium bromide, the bands were a little clearer, but still unusable.  Therefore a third restriction digest was set up with four samples of the iGEM plasmids and one sample of antGPneo.
