Today progress was made with the blog for the soil samples and advertised on social media sites. The wiki pages were given an update to include information about the progress and a general design. In the lab, transformation reactions were performed on the ligation reactions prepared on Friday and put onto incubation. Also, samples were run on a gel to assess them but this did not give us any kind of information.
