Today different restriction digest reactions were performed for the J04450 plasmid in addition to colonies 1 and 6. 1) H2O only 2) EcoR1 only 3) Pst1 only 4) EcoR1 and Pst1

After incubation samples were run on an agarose gel. Fig: Analysis of Restriciton digest products of J04450 Plasmid and colonies 1 and 6 using agrose gel electrophoresis.
