LabDNA minipreps were prepared for J04450 plasmid, using the grown cultures overnight. OutreachiGEM responses for soil sample help - So far we have had responses from the Newcastle, Manchester and Kent team. They have all agreed to bring a sample to the UK meet-up, and to be interviewed for the higher education publication outreach. | |
