DNA minipreps were prepared for J04450 plasmid, using the grown cultures overnight. Also, five restriction enzyme digest reactions were performed (3 for J04450 and 2 for AntgP Neo) using EcoR1 and Pst1 enzymes. After incubation samples were stored in the freezer.

Lab

Outreach

iGEM responses for soil sample help - So far we have had responses from the Newcastle, Manchester and Kent team. They have all agreed to bring a sample to the UK meet-up, and to be interviewed for the higher education publication outreach.
