Miniprep and double digestion of SulA, lac, SS3, SD1-2, Rec-(GFP-pLX007)

Double digested with XhoI/SalI

 10uL     Plasmid
  2uL     10*H buffer
  0.25uL  XhoI
  0.25uL  SalI
  7.5uL   ddH2O
------------------
 20uL     total

Run electrophoresis and send the correct plasmid for sequencing

SulA, lac, Rec, SS3, SD2 are sent.

SD1 are found wrong.
