* Induced upon inoculation with arabinose
** 1.5 uL arabinose in 20 mL : 100uM
** 15 uL arabinose in 20 mL : 1 mM
* Grown overnight with shaking at 30C
* Exposed to oxygen in the morning and shaken vigorously
* Lightly visible luminescence when in darkness
