To do today

  • make other indole knockout strains competent
  • primers for SA-generator
  • liquid cultures of the transformants (promoter-RBS-SAMT-terminator)

Transfomants

Transformants were seen on every plate but the R0040.B0030.SAMT.B0015 D plate!!! We hopefully have the wintergreen generating device completed!!!
