Materials

500 mL:

  • TSB (Bacto) 15 g
  • dH2O 500 ml

1000 mL:

  • TSB (Bacto) 30 g
  • dH2O 1000 ml

Procedure

Dissolve medium in water, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at 4 ºC in the cold room.
