Materials

500 mL:

  • Tryptone 2.5 g
  • Yeast extract 1.25 g
  • Glucose 0.5 g
  • NaCl 4.25 g
  • dH2O 500 ml

Procedure

Mix all ingredients in a 1 litre bottle or flask, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
