Fig. 1: Composite calibration curve for MC4100 grown in supplemented M9 minimal media from Caitlin Conboy and Jen Braff. OD600 was measured with the Endy Lab portable spec. The concentration of colony forming units (CFU/mL) was measured by plating. Five replicate cultures were measured in two separate experiments.
