  • Purpose: forward primer for ech (ferA) coding sequence from Ps. fluorescens NCIMB 9046.
  • Restriction sites: EcoRI, XbaI
  • Notes: no ribosome binding site included.

  • Purpose: reverse primer for ech (ferA) coding sequence from Ps. fluorescens NCIMB 9046.
  • Restriction sites: SpeI only.
  • Notes: replaces TGA stop codon with TAA TAA.
