Making Glucose Beta-Mercaptoethanol (G/β)

FINAL CONCENTRATION of 50x G/β stock:

  • 22.5% (w/v) Glucose
  • 12.5% (v/v) β-mercaptoethanol

Final concentration in experiment: 0.45 % (w/v) Glucose, 0.25% (v/v) β-mercaptoethanol
