Centrifuge (part of extra DNA)

  • centricuge 5 tube under 16000g for 1hr
  • 3 tubes got clearly pellet cells. 1 tube had little pellet cells. 1 tube had nothing to see with eyes
  • get off the liquid with pipet carefully, dry the tubes by keeping the caps opened
