DNA Extraction using BioRad Protocol + PCRToday we used a new protocol from the BioRad DNA extraction kit and we got it using a saline mouth rinse solution. We isolated DNA from the mouth rinse using InstaGENE matrix which chelates the cellular matrix to suspend the DNA in the solution. With the extracted DNA we performed a PCR using D5/TPOX control and two plasmid controls and 3 experimental cases at different temperatures (52.1, 48.5, 43).
