The Excel files below contains all of the section-wide data. Two different CP values are listed per sample. The first is calculated when all samples are thresholded at the same level. The second is calculated when a separate threshold is made for each primer set.
Note that the WF file contains two spreadsheets, one for the original in-class run, and one for the additional run for Yellow (A) and Green (B) groups. Note that everyone can learn something about cross-plate replication from Yellow team's data (C in original run) if they wish to.
