Friday 1/30 & Monday 2/2

Oggie and Katy

  • We came in today to remake the LB plates that were made incorrectly yesterday.
  • We remade the LB medium with the agar in it, and then autoclaved the solution.
  • Some plates contained ampicillin and some contained kanamycin. The plates with ampicillin however, were made incorrectly and will need to be redone.

Oggie

  • I came in on Monday and remade the ampicillin plates.
