The Sweet Smell of.....E.coli?Jared and Aaron did a second extraction of part BBa_I765001 from the Spring 2008 iGEM registry. Corey and Matt redid the transformation of competent E. coli with plasmids from the 2007 iGEM registry wells and the extraction that Jared and Aaron redid. Surabhi and Diveena spread ampicillin on LB media plates for Corey and Matt to spread transformed E. coli onto for selection. | |
