Today we verified negative results from our "competent" cell plates. The verification took place because Orijit was not able to inoculate any colonies. Although it does appear that if we would have incubated them longer we may have had some positive results. We do know that the cells were active/alive because we had a lawn of bacteria on our LB plate.
