Today in lab we performed PCR on our template DNA and old PRC products that worked in the past, biobrick extensions and plasmid #3 with both primers as a positive control. We also had a negative control. The goal is that we will get a conclusive gel that will show our primers taking hold. Then we can ligate on Wednesday and transform next lab.
