A Flower of A Different Color

Sushma and Binu made cultures of plasmids containing the promoters. The plates in which the cultures grew were that of plasmids containing BBa_R0040 (iGEM 2007 registry), BBa_R0010 (two from iGEM 2007 registry) and BBa_R0051 (iGEM 2007 registry). There was no cultures in the other plates. Each of the plasmids were inoculated in 5 ml medium containing the antibiotic, ampicillin and grown overnight.
