BME 768 Biomedical Microsystems

This course is to examine Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS) as a tool for detecting signals or performing functions for biomedical research and clinical purposes. Emphases are on the operational principles of microsensors and microactuators, fabrication processes, and the interface of microtransducers with biological subjects.
