Simple purification of adenovirus

1. 50 ul to DMEM 10 ml
2. Put into preconfluent 293 cells.
3. 24 hr later, see green
4. 48 hr later, floating cells.
5. Collect cell+sup
6. Freeze-thaw 3 times (no warming)
7. Centrifuge 1000g
8. Get supernatant
9. Aliquote and store in -70.
10. 100-200 ul to 10 ml DMEM.
