Steve Koch 17:15, 11 March 2009 (EDT): It's not clear to me how the four tubes in step 2 relate to your first transformation attempts? Did you use all four tubes, or just you just pick one of them to plate?

Anthony Salvagno 17:54, 11 March 2009 (EDT): The four tubes in step 2 are from my first attempt. In the latest attempt, each tube had either vector, insert, or both (3 and 4). In try 1 we plated each tube (each tube consisted of differing amounts of DNA).
