Bradford & cAMP precipitation Main project page
Previous entry      Next entry

Summary

  • Bradford (Enspire 2300 & Tecan Safire)
  • cAMP precipitation

Results

  • Sadly no difference could be seen between Enspire and the Tecan reader, and the RIPA buffer (not lysis), still yielded a very high signal
  • Everything was put equal to sample S1 and 1 mL of put to 30 μL of 8-AHA-cAMP agarose beads (3x)

Discussion

  • Maybe Pierce assay might be a better alternative to the Bradford assay is something in the buffer is interfering
