reviewed Bert's fractions
- Laverne will isolate more fraction 5 with 3 and 8 as controls
analyzed Bert's co-culture experiment:
- 7-day co-culture of CFSE labeled autologous T cells with control, cpe, lps, or ct stimulated DCs together with increasing concentrations of retinol, retinal, or retinoic acid Media:RA_FP3_052809.jo.zip
- no CCR9 induction
- possible weak (very weak, ie wouldn't convince anyone) FoxP3 induction with exo RA in both CT and CPE
- on the bright side -- clear induction of proliferation by CPE-stim DC over Medium
