  • Finished and sent CoFAR Treg practicum analysis
    • need to update CFSE protocol to emphasize mixing for uniformity of staining
  • Finished reviewing Calman's paper 09-0565
    • would like to incorporate doublet exclusion and adopt his protocol for milk T cell responses in place of 48 hour cultures


  • Caitlin obtained promising DHR data showing induction of H2O2 by anti-IgE stimulation that could be completely blocked by SOD inhibitor and partially blocked by N-acetylcysteine

  • Bert obtained promising data showing induction of RA synthesis in peanut treated DCs using the Aldefluor assay
