Making some changes
I went through the constants again and made sure they made sense with the table of contents that was compiled earlier. I had to make a couple of changes, and this made the expected time to be 1.3 seconds. But after reading Schief's 2004 paper this morning it seemed like the inorganic phosphate level in solution might be something like .1 micromolar. So setting this number and then turning the ADP to 75 micormolar instead of 100, I have the expected time to be 1 second again. I am still not sure what the concentration of ADP in a normal experiment is. But we can figure this out when we get experiments going. And I can make adjustments accordingly.
