These rate constants are killing me I think i need a system to do this. like the first thing i should try to do is get the kinesin to unbind after ~100 steps. So fuck time and just get that to happen. Once i have that then i can play around with the proportions to get the time right. I also need a good way to keep track of what i am changing because the other day i was closer than i am now. but i changed some things and now i am farther away and don't know what i changed. so we'll have to see what i can do. i am not good at these systematic things. like changing something taking note and then moving on. but i think for this i'll hafta be.
