Microtubule TrackingI can track a microtubule across the entire video now. I am having trouble tracking different tubules. There are about 5 in this screen that are nice, and I can only track 2 of them throughout the entire video. I am not sure why. But I think this is a good place to stop so I don't get too annoyed. I think I can improve the reliability if I use a histogram to change the tolerance of the magic wand. The tolerance is how different the intensity around the pixel i chose can be. So if the i choose something that makes using a histogram average or something that might make it work more often. Also I wonder if i can bleach out the background. Bleach out is the wrong term, i would rather make the background completely black which would allow me to fuck with the tolerance some more. I can do this tomorrow though. | |
