SCOC MP1-G

Gel

  • decreasing gradient of Scun15 concentration (peak too high) (Scun9 and Scun19 concentrations held constant)


Pour Load Run
270 mL 1x TAE + 5.4 g agarose 2 µL gel load dye + 4 µL PCR product 140 V
27 µL GelRed 6 µL ladder 50 minutes


  • three distinct bands visible for most conditions; bands occur in expected size ranges
  • differences between the two control DNAs are evident, and not expected - hopefully results will look consistent in fragment analysis regardless of source DNA
  • from gel view, predict 0.075µL/reaction Scun15 will be preferred
  • OVERALL: gel looks good - send to frag
