Prep for tomorrow's PCRs

Dilute CNHY DNAs to ~10ng/µL

  • CNHY CPN 02: 100 µL of 85.4 ng/µL STK + 754 µL LowTE = 10 ng/µL
  • CNHY LOM 08: 100 µL of 59.49 ng/µL + 494.9 µL LowTE = 10 ng/µL
  • CNHY TP1 11: 50 µL of 123.16 ng/µL + 565.8 µL LowTE = 10 ng/µL
  • CNHY RAJ 01: 50 µL of 423.47 ng/µL + 1450 µL LowTE = 14.6 ng/µL (restricted to 1500µL tube capacity)
