Gel Scun22 Okay, back to the bench Re-gel the Scun22 PCR originally done on 2 December (but gel on 3 December was an epic saga that had no ending) used gel cast from 3 December gel (refrigerated under cardboard since then) Power source works! Yay! no bands visible. Expecting band at about 450bp (nearly ran off, but the 506/517 band and the 396 band on ladder is visible, so should be able to see sample bands, if they were there. But they're not there. Try it again ...
