March 20 - Bacteria Objectives (Absent, notes reviewed with group members) Antibacterial Activity of the TiO2+Epoxy Film(Amine 400) Antibacterial Activity of the TiO2+Epoxy Film(Amine 400) Collect cells in an eppy tube from the film with a clean pipette. Pipette 20 microliter of the cells onto agar plate, for a total of 4 petri dishes: 2 for the cells grown on the epoxy film, and 2 for the cells grown on the epoxy+TiO2 film. Spread out the cells on the agar plate using the triangular glass tool. place the agar plates into the incubator at 37C, and check on it hourly.
