Kinetics experiment on PseudomonasExtracted 500ul of Pseudomonas inoculum left overnight into 5ml of nutrient broth for regeneration Left the Pseudomonas inoculums in the incubator for 4 hours Transferred 1000ul of Pseudomonas inoculums into vials Centrifuged, washed and vortex 3 times with PBS and resuspended the pellet in 1000ul of PBS Used the UV spectrometer to measure the inoculum sample to 0.05 Performed kinetics experiment on Pseudomonas, decreased the number of dilutions for each sample, using 6.2ul of Zhou’s AMP
