Entry title Objective Description -Stocking Gel Solution -17mL of water, 4.15 ml of 30%acrylamide mix, 3.15 mL 1.0M tris (ph6.8) and 0.25 mL of 10% SDS were added together. -Then 0.25mL of 10% ammonium persulfate and 0.025 mL of TEMED were added to the previous solution. -Gel Cassette was prepared. Resolving gel solution was added and at the top of the solution, methanol was added to have an even level.It let it to stay for 20 minutes -Stocking gel solution was added. - 4 test tubes were labeled as 1, 2, 3 and 4.Each test tube contained the solution below. -10 ul ladder(blue) + 4ul orange -16 ul peak 1 + 4ul orange -16 ul peak 2 + 4ul orange -16 ul peak 3 + 4ul orange -After the gel is solidified, each solution is placed in to the wells and electrophoresis was run.
