Spermatogenesis

  • Dissect CD2 Flp-out males (22 total, 11/tube. Will stain one with anti-bam and another with anti-vismay).
  • Fix 20' in 4% formaldehyde
  • Wash 3 x 5 minutes in PBS-T
  • Incubate @ 4C over weekend
