Spermatogenesis

  • TDT-Myb (both anti-Spectrin and anti-Armadillo)
    • Wash 4 x 10' @ RT.
    • Stain 30' @ RT with 1:500 Toto and 1:10 RNAse A in 2% NGS
    • Wash 4 x 5' @ RT
    • Mount in vectashield
