Parts assembly ABSTRACT PCR of HydEF1 using a primer for Preffix. In order to see what is wrong with HydEF (because we can´t obtain the product) I performed a PCR using a primer that binds to the preffix and the primer HydEF1.Int.Rev. With the following proportions: H2O 22.8μL Buffer HF 10μL dATP 1 μL dGTP 1 μL dTTP 1 μL dCTP 1 μL Primer Fwd 5 μL Primer Rev 5 μL DNA template 1.2 μL DMSO 1.5 μL Phusion Pol 0.5 μL Fibo run an electrophoresis gel with the reactions but no bands where observed.
