Nuri

  • Need to use datastore in googleapp engine for database.

TASKS

  • Aurora: Can Dazzle connect to MySQL database?
  • If yes, then Nuri will work on Flex.
  • If no, then Nuri will work on trying to get Google App engine to connect to the MySQL toy database.
  • Luke: Get Flex talking to DAS servers. Continue to work on BLAST.
  • Zabeen: Try to fit our toy database into BioSQL. Create some visual tools with Flex.
