In Vitro Microfluidic Assays Picking 6 GFP and 6 RFP constructs for testing in JBEI in vitro microfluidic transcription/translation system. Picking Makoff 2,17,20,8,19,13. I will innoculate a culture of all of these for minipreping tomorrow. I will also do a few others to have more choices in case Vivek has others that he would prefer to do instead. My additional innoculated cultures will be 14, 18, 24, 7, 6, 5, 21, and 1
