Objective

To re-create the AUNP with lysozyme fiber solutions from the 2nd. The solutions did not create fibers from that day so they had to be created with new stock solutions.

The masses of the Eppendorf tubes used today can be found below.

Results

The AUNP Lysozyme fiber synthesis only worked with only one 5mL sample and four 1mL samples generating fibers. The others just generated nanoparticles based on the purple colors, but not fibers.

Based on the standards used the molar absorptivity of Lysozyme is 0.0332
