Objective

  • testing fluorescence of batch 2 of bsa+dye
  • testing UV-Vis of batch 2 of BSA+dye

Description

  • added 30 µL of batch 2 of BSA + dye (created on Feb 22) to 1000 µL of phosphate buffer and was analyzed with UV-vis and fluorescence

Notes

  • the shift appears less distinguished
  • the concentration also appears to be greater than the concentration in batch 1
