Objective Test sensitivity of fluorimeter Description The purpose of the present experiment was to assess different concentrations of Ru(bpy) to determine the intensity where change in intensity stops being linear. The fluorescence of MBP and Ru(bpy) was determined for various different concentrations of each species. The concentration of the MBP standards was extracted using Beer's Law.
