  • Remake 06/05/2013 ZnPPIX samples
  • Take UV-vis and fluorescence measurements of remade samples

Procedures

Remake 06/05/13 Replicate Samples<br.>

  • Calculations from 09/11/2013 used again
  • PBS used in place of water
  • Solutions were made, vortexed, and allowed to react for 10 minutes

Notes

Again, no fluorescence was observed. I wanted to make the samples over again with the nanoparticles previously used (when fluorescence was observed), but I was unable to find them and they may have been used up.
