Malachite Green Calibration Curve
- Concentrations: 0 ppm, 0.20 ppm, 0.50 ppm, 1.1 ppm, 1.4 ppm, 1.7 ppm, and 2.0 ppm
- ppm = mg/L
- 2000 ppm = 2000 mg MG/L * 0.050 L = 100 mg MG in 50 mL = 0.1 g
- 2 ppm: (2000ppm)x=(2ppm)(50mL) > x = 0.05 mL = 50 uL
- 1.7 ppm: (2ppm)x=(1.7ppm)(2mL) > x=1.7mL=1700 uL
- 1.4 ppm: (2ppm)x=(1.4ppm)(2mL) > x=1400 uL
- 1.1 ppm: (2ppm)x=(1.1ppm)(2mL) > x=1100 uL
- 0.50 ppm: (2ppm)x=(0.5ppm)(2mL) > x=500 uL
