Learning Ming, a C API for FLash
http://www.libming.org/ could be used to generate some silk animated picture for a genome browser. Simplier and lighter than OpenProcessing for the simple schema. Created a simple picture from my old darwin SVG. ( http://plindenbaum.blogspot.com/2008/12/genetic-algorithm-with-darwins-face.html )
