Entry four

  • Today I spread some bacteria to create a stab culture, and later today I am going to make a culture for a transformation. I think I am going to use the pGreen plasmid since I need to get a sugar for pGlo. I think I will order it from p212121.
  • I observed the halobacterium cultures today. There is nearly 5-6 times the amount on every dish. This was like an explosion from the last time I looked. Next culture I will study this more closely. I think this is the time when a transformation would be most possible.
